At first five nations populated Ragnesis. But during the Great Collapse one of the nations called Etreions was annihilated along with a part of Ragnesis.

There are only four nations left on the islands that are currently known. These nations are: Bushtargs, Saihens, Giltaries and Faldorts.

Each nation inhabits seven islands. However, they are not isolated from each other. Places of energy concentration had existed in Ragnesis before the disaster occurred. Due to these energy places gifted wizards managed to find some of the islands and to link them with each other using stable portals. So, now all the Ragnesis people can move from one island to another, to trade, to fight, to exchange their experience, and to do much more things...
